Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification for our products.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, for testing, smaller sample orders are possible. We could offer free samples, but freight costs are covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products? What are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products. For payment, amounts <=800USD require 100% advance; >800USD require 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
What is the lead time for standard export orders?
Lead times depend on current inventory and order volume. For products in stock, dispatch is typically handled within a few working days after payment confirmation.
