This solar ground mounting bracket is strictly designed according to the maximum wind speed, maximum snow load, and solar panel specifications. While ensuring sufficient strength, installation efficiency and labor costs are optimized. The system ensures long service life with various foundation options: straight into the ground, ground screws, and cement piers.
The double column design can utilize ground bolts or piling columns. Ground screw posts allow for precise height adjustments, while piling columns offer higher strength for specific installation requirements.
Step 1: Installing Ground Screws
Anchor the support structure to the ground using specialized equipment. The depth depends on soil type to ensure stability for the entire system.
Step 2: Install the Beams
Connect the diagonal support pole to the top of the pole using bolts and nuts after the foundation is ready.
Step 3: Installing Rails
Attach the rails that support the solar panels to the beams using brackets. Ensure the rails are perfectly level.
Step 4: Installing Solar Panels
Securely fasten each solar panel to the rails using high-quality mounting hardware.
