The ground mounting bracket is strictly designed according to the maximum wind speed, maximum snow load, solar panel specifications, and other design schemes. While ensuring sufficient strength, installation efficiency and labor costs are optimized. The service life of the bracket is engineered for long-term durability. Support foundations include direct ground entry, ground screws, and cement piers.
The double column system can utilize ground bolt columns or piling columns. Ground screw posts allow for precise height adjustments, while piling columns offer higher strength for various terrains.
Step 1: Installing Ground Screws - Anchor the support structure using specialized drilling equipment to a depth sufficient for the system's weight.


Step 2: Rail & Panel Installation - Attach supporting rails using brackets and bolts, ensuring they are level before fastening the solar panels securely.
